MSQ SAFE is the industrial PPE brand of the MANSHUIQIAO group (est. 1998). The group is headquartered in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China’s footwear capital; MSQ SAFE’s head office is in Hangzhou and its own safety footwear factory is in Wenzhou. Safety footwear is manufactured in-house, complementary PPE categories come through a managed supply network, and one export team coordinates both.
The company works with distributors, wholesalers, procurement teams and OEM buyers rather than one-off retail customers. Because every claim is tied to a specific model, standards information, available documents, production scope, MOQ and lead time are confirmed by SKU and quotation.

How We Work
Every program follows the same five-step process from brief to bulk shipment, and each step is documented:
- Inquiry — share the product, quantity and target market; the export team aims to reply within one business day with pricing, MOQ, lead time and available documents for the selected SKU. Request a quote.
- Sampling — sample development with your logo and colours; sample timing, cost and approval criteria are confirmed in the quotation. Request a sample.
- Confirmation — approve the samples, price and production plan; the specification is locked per SKU.
- Production — in-line QC and progress updates under the agreed inspection plan.
- Delivery — pre-shipment inspection, documents and shipping.
Responsibility and Boundaries
MSQ SAFE is accountable for what is written down. Product claims and available documents are checked against the selected model, inspection plans are agreed and recorded, and every specification change is confirmed in writing. What the company does not do is publish numbers without evidence: factory area, headcount, capacity and certification status are confirmed per program and per SKU, together with the available third-party reports and declarations.
For buyers, the quotation is the source of truth. It states which SKU, which standard, which documents, which MOQ, which lead time and which sample terms apply to your order. Anything not in the quotation should be asked for and confirmed in writing.
Buyer Verification Checklist
