Distributor support
PPE Distributor Program
Build a practical catalogue, model mix and private-label plan for your market without unsupported product claims.

MSQ SAFE runs a PPE distributor program built around scope, not promises: territory and catalogue boundaries, SKU selection, restocking terms, documentation and channel support are each confirmed for your market and written into the proposal. Nothing about pricing, minimums, lead times or documents is claimed here in advance, because every figure is confirmed per order.
What the Program Covers
The distributor program is a working relationship for wholesalers and distributors who want factory-direct pricing, reliable restocking and honest documentation. It covers the eight PPE categories on the product catalogue, from safety footwear and gloves to hi-vis, respiratory, hearing and fall protection. Production combines in-house footwear capability with the managed partner-factory network shown on our supply network page, so you deal with one export team instead of multiple factories.
The program is documented rather than verbal: territory, target segments, pricing, sample terms and support commitments are written into a distributor proposal, so both sides know the boundary of what is promised.
Scope Planning: Define Your Market First
Before any SKU is chosen, we work through your scope: which territory you serve, which customer segments you supply, and which standards those customers must meet. A distributor selling into European construction needs EN-based documentation, while one selling into other regions may need ASTM or ANSI requirements. This is why our standards and directives page exists, and why we map standards by product before discussing volume.
Scope planning also sets boundaries: we confirm which territories and segments the program supports, and say clearly when a request falls outside scope, such as a category we do not produce or a market where the available documents do not match the required claim.
SKU Selection: Pick Models You Can Stand Behind
SKU selection is done model by model against your market, using the catalogue’s specification-led approach. For each candidate SKU we confirm the standard, protection class, available documents and applications, so you choose products you can honestly sell. Application pages such as road work and oil and gas show how models are matched to hazards; the product pages carry the model-level detail.
We recommend a starter range of proven SKUs per category rather than a broad line, then expanding with data. Size curves, colour mixes and pack configurations are part of the selection discussion, and the final mix is confirmed in the quotation for each SKU.
Restocking: Stock and Made-to-Order
Restocking terms are confirmed per program and per order. Some distributors run stock-and-repeat orders on fast movers, others work on made-to-order cycles. The quotation confirms current availability, order cycle, MOQ, lead time and how reorders are scheduled for each SKU. We do not publish a single lead time for the whole range, because footwear, gloves and respirators are simply not the same.
For repeat SKUs, we recommend agreeing a reorder point and forecast window so production slots and materials are reserved; consolidated shipping across categories helps you hold less safety stock.
Documentation Support and Its Boundaries
Documentation is confirmed per SKU and target market. For each model the quotation identifies which documents are available, such as test reports or declarations, and which laboratory issued them. Before any document is used, version, date and sample basis are reviewed, because standards are updated and reports age. Our testing page explains how test scope and report validity are confirmed.
The boundary is simple: we do not provide documents that do not exist, and we do not apply a report for one model to another. If a customer in your market requires a document we cannot supply for that SKU, we tell you before the order, not after.
Channel Support and Its Boundaries
Support includes catalogues and marketing materials, sample programmes, training on the range, and a dedicated export contact. Pricing is structured by programme tier and confirmed in the proposal, reviewed for restocking programmes rather than quoted as fixed public figures.
What we will not do is support claims we cannot stand behind: no blanket certification statements, no market-specific conformity claims without the underlying documents, no price promises outside the confirmed tier. If your channel plan needs private label products instead of our brand, that is a separate programme described on the private label page, and the two can run in parallel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer exclusive territories?
Territorial arrangements are discussed per programme and recorded in the proposal where agreed. Availability depends on current coverage and is confirmed when you apply.
What is the minimum first order?
The first-order minimum depends on the SKU mix you select and is confirmed in the quotation. A sample set is usually the best way to start before committing.
How fast can repeat orders be shipped?
Restocking lead time is confirmed per SKU and per order, because footwear, gloves and other categories run on different cycles. Reorder points and forecasts help shorten it.
Will you provide test reports for my customers?
Available reports are identified per SKU in the quotation, with the issuing laboratory and version. We confirm the document exists before it is promised to any customer.
Can I sell under my own brand through the program?
Yes, as a separate private label programme, either alongside or instead of the MSQ SAFE brand. The two programmes have different terms and are confirmed independently.
What marketing support do distributors receive?
Catalogues, product content and application guidance are provided, and sample programmes are agreed in the proposal. Support is scoped per programme rather than open-ended.
